EAST BAY CLASS SCHEDULE - ALL TIMES ARE PACIFIC (PT)
Unless noted, classes are Hatha style based on yoga for healthy aging with a foundation in healthy alignment. Classes teach basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) and relaxation practices, and include strengthening, lengthening (stretching), and balancing. Classes are challenging yet slower paced, utilizing a wide variety of props to help facilitate access for every body.
